Minneapolis Art on Wheels: Heartland Tour
This proposal seeks support for a similar outreach effort centered around the American Heartland. This years outreach tour includes two seperate ventures: 1) Mississippi River Projections: a 10 day trip down and up the Mississippi river with nighly stops to perform, 2) Plains Art Museum, Fargo: We have received an invitation from Coco Sheehy, director of the Plains Art Museum, to conduct a weekend public projections in downtown Fargo, using the principal public buildings as our interactive projection surfaces. Both components have already generated sigificant student interest and investment, as well as support of a number of relevant institutions.
